Australian Integrated Fijian Association of Victoria (AIFAV)with no personal financial gain. Even before AICS was established, they were committed to making a difference in the community, providing support and resources to those in need. AICS was founded with this same spirit of dedication, created to extend trusted, quality services to the Aged Care and Disability sectors. Today, the founders and team members continue to support AIFAV, driven by a shared mission to uplift and empower the community.

AICS primary objective is to continually improve transform individuals by inspiring them to open their minds, accept and improve life. Our motive is enhance in-dependency and build a better life style for our clients.

We serve clients from diverse backgrounds. For participants born overseas having personal support worker who understands their language and culture provides an added sense of security, continuity and connection with local community.

Our Workers

AICS has qualified and compassionate support workers from diverse ethnic backgrounds that hold working with children and Police clearances to ensure that we give you the best and safest support. In addition it is mandatory for our workers to hold a first AID certificate, NDIS Quality and safeguard assurance Certificate, High level academic qualification or equivalent experience. Our workers have undergone extensive screening test to ensure the safety of our clients as a priority.
