Community Care Ownership with AICS
Australian Integrated Care Services (AICS) is a trusted provider of in-home aged care, disability support, and veteran services, proudly serving communities since 2020. Built on a foundation of compassion and dedication, AICS has its roots in volunteering, with our founders actively supporting vulnerable individuals and families since 2016.

Over the years, we have grown from a heartfelt community initiative into a professional care provider, driven by a mission to empower individuals to live independently while staying safe, connected, and engaged in their communities. Guided by respect for diversity, preferences, and unique needs, we deliver culturally sensitive and personalized care solutions that enhance the quality of life for our clients.

With a strong presence in Victoria, AICS is now focused on expanding our services nationwide. Our vision is to bring our unique blend of compassion, professionalism, and innovation to communities across Australia, ensuring
exceptional care is accessible to everyone, no matter where they live.

At AICS, we believe in creating meaningful change. Through flexible, tailored support and strong community

Financial Expectations

How much money will I make? Profit is critical to every business

This is a question that in the strictest of sense we can’t answer, given that every Franchise Owner and franchise territory is different. Your earnings potential and your level of gross income will depend upon a wide range of factors including the effort and energy you put into your business.
Whilst we cannot provide projected earnings for you, we can provide our Franchise Disclosure Document which summarises a range of set-up and ongoing operating costs along with some benchmarked trading data from our existing franchise network. We will also put you in contact with some of our existing Franchise Owners so you can determine this information first hand.

We provide as much information as we can, however we always strongly recommend that you also seek advice from an independent financial adviser in this regard.

Time to get started

Once you have successfully undertaken the above activities, it’s time to get started.
We understand the first months, or even years, of starting a new business are the most daunting and potentially challenging period of time for any new business. As such, AICS Australia will be on hand to help guide and support you and to answer any questions. We provide our Franchise Owners with ongoing support to assist your transition into business ownership.
