Helping individuals with ABI live a life of independence and fulfillment
Living with an acquired brain injury (ABI) can present unique challenges, but with the right support, you can overcome them and lead a meaningful, fulfilling life on your own terms.
At AICS, we are dedicated to empowering individuals with ABI to build independence and achieve their goals. Our team of skilled professionals delivers tailored ABI support services designed to meet your unique needs and enhance your quality of life.
Tailored Support for Complex or Clinically-Focused Needs
When participants require complex or clinically-focused support, we ensure clinical expertise is integrated into our team, providing oversight and guidance throughout the program.
This is especially crucial during the initial stages of establishing a care program. We assess the specific skills and experience of our Support Workers to align with the participant’s unique needs. Any necessary training is identified and delivered to ensure Support Workers gain a thorough understanding of the participant’s care requirements.
Our Clinical Nurse Consultant and Learning and Development Manager provide initial guidance, oversight, and skill identification. They develop a bespoke assessment and training plan tailored to the individual participant, ensuring all Support Workers are equipped to deliver the highest level of care from the outset.
No two journeys are the same, and we take the time to understand what’s most important to you. Our team will adapt to your changing needs, offering flexible and reliable services to supporting you to live your life, your way.
Whether you’re adjusting to new challenges or working toward personal goals, we’re here every step of the way.
Serving with Devotion and Dignity, We’re Here to Help You Reach Your Goals and Make a Lasting Difference.
The Australian Integrated Care Services Pty Ltd acknowledges the Traditional Owners of Country throughout Victoria and recognises their continuing connection to land, waters and community. We pay our respects to the Traditional Owners, their elders past, present and future, and to their cultures.“Anna’s support has truly been life-changing for me. As someone with hearing impairment and heavily reliant on lipreading, the widespread use of masks in the community has been incredibly challenging. Anna has become my eyes and ears, helping me navigate complex conversations with government organisations over the phone and standing by my side in person as a trusted advocate.
What sets Anna apart is her professionalism combined with genuine compassion. She is patient, kind, and approaches my challenges with a holistic mindset, which has greatly eased my stress and anxiety—especially during the extended isolation periods brought on by COVID restrictions.
Anna is not just a support worker; she is a true asset to AICS and a blessing in my life.”
At AICS, we take the time to truly understand your goals, your needs, and your unique situation. Our mission is to provide exceptional care that enhances your life, creating meaningful experiences and celebrating positive outcomes every step of the way
