Around-the-Clock Support for Complex Care Needs
Expert Care for Every Situation
Whether your needs are simple or complex, our qualified support workers, personal carers, and nurses are here to assist. We provide a wide range of services designed
to support independence, comfort, and quality of life.
Our 24-hour care ensures:
Dedicated Professionals, Always By Your Side
A comprehensive 24/7 care program requires a team of skilled and compassionate individuals. At AICS, we handpick experienced staff who are well-equipped to support you.
Depending on your needs, our team may receive additional, specialised training from our Complex Care Nurse to ensure the highest quality of care.
Our dedicated Care Managers oversee your program, ensuring that the right team is matched to your specific requirements and goals.
Flexible Solutions to Meet Your Overnight Support Needs
If you don’t require much support overnight, our care workers can provide a 24-hour shift, typically working one to three times a week. During these shifts, they will need access to a private room for resting and will be on-call to assist you as needed throughout the night.
For clients who require more frequent or intensive overnight care, such as situations that demand active monitoring or safety support, we offer shorter shifts of 8–10 hours. In these cases, multiple care workers may be assigned to ensure seamless coverage over 24 hours.
No matter your needs, AICS is here to tailor a solution that suits you. Rest assured, we’ll build a care team specifically designed to provide you with the highest level of support and comfort.
We understand that compatibility and trust are essential in caregiving. At AICS, we ensure that your caregiver matches your preferences and needs to make you feel at ease.
With AICS, you’re always in caring, capable hands.
Serving with Devotion and Dignity, We’re Here to Help You Reach Your Goals and Make a Lasting Difference.

“Anna’s support has truly been life-changing for me. As someone with hearing impairment and heavily reliant on lipreading, the widespread use of masks in the community has been incredibly challenging. Anna has become my eyes and ears, helping me navigate complex conversations with government organisations over the phone and standing by my side in person as a trusted advocate.
What sets Anna apart is her professionalism combined with genuine compassion. She is patient, kind, and approaches my challenges with a holistic mindset, which has greatly eased my stress and anxiety—especially during the extended isolation periods brought on by COVID restrictions.
Anna is not just a support worker; she is a true asset to AICS and a blessing in my life.”
At AICS, we take the time to truly understand your goals, your needs, and your unique situation. Our mission is to provide exceptional care that enhances your life, creating meaningful experiences and celebrating positive outcomes every step of the way
