At Australian Integrated Care Services (AICS), we are more than just a care provider—we are a community driven by purpose, compassion, and innovation.
We exist to empower the elderly, people with disabilities, and veterans to live with independence and joy. Our mission is to create a community where every individual feels valued, supported, and capable of achieving their goals.
At AICS, our difference lies in our story, our passion, and our relentless drive to turn challenges into triumphs. Together, we create possibilities, change lives, and build stronger communities.
AICS stands out for its unwavering dedication to enhancing lives, earning numerous prestigious awards for outstanding contributions to the Aged Care and Disability sectors. At AICS, our commitment to care goes far beyond professional training—it’s shaped by the real-life experiences of our team. Most of our staff, including the founders, are not only skilled professionals but also caregivers to their own loved ones with disabilities or in their senior years. This unique, lived experience equips our team with a profound empathy and understanding that enhances every service we provide. Our CEO’s extensive background with the Supreme Court of Victoria, the Department of Social Services, Melbourne City Council, and Hume City Council brings both personal insight and professional expertise, driving AICS’s mission to make a genuine difference.
With a perfect 5-star rating from our valued participants and clients, AICS is recognised for consistently delivering high-quality, compassionate care. This exceptional rating reflects our unwavering commitment to excellence and the trust we have earned through our dedicated, personalised service.
AICS is an NDIS registered provider and My Aged Care brokerage provider with NCS.
The founders and some of the dedicated workers of AICS have a history of voluntary service, contributing over 8 years through their charity organisation, the
Australian Integrated Fijian Association of Victoria (AIFAV)with no personal financial gain. Even before AICS was established, they were committed to making a difference in the community, providing support and resources to those in need. AICS was founded with this same spirit of dedication, created to extend trusted, quality services to the Aged Care and Disability sectors. Today, the founders and team members continue to support AIFAV, driven by a shared mission to uplift and empower the community.
