AICS was established by community leaders who are also parents of a child with disabilities. This lived experience is the heart of everything we do, providing us with a first-hand understanding of your unique challenges and triumphs.

From 2016, our founders have dedicated countless hours of voluntary work, successfully delivering and supporting more than 200 community events. This deep-rooted commitment was the foundation for AICS.

Former APS Employee of the NDIA (Australian Federal Government)

As a former staff of the NDIA Internal Review Team, our founder gained an in-depth understanding of the NDIS planning, review, and decision-making processes. This knowledge is invaluable for ensuring participants and their nominees understand the intricate details of their plans, and we can guide you on how to apply for an internal review. The authority to approve, deny, or modify a NDIS plan rest entirely with the NDIA. We are committed to operating in full compliance with NDIS guidelines and ensuring that your decision-making processes remain autonomous and independent.

A Charitable Event Impossible to Accomplish without AICS I would like to sincerely thank AICS and every member of the organisation for coming forward and assisting me in every step with pulling off a fundraising event for my Mother-in-law. My family member needed an urgent open heart surgery for which we needed funds to fulfil her surgery. AICS has helped me from organising the venue, paying for its hiring costs, contributing towards the raffle draw, advertising and promoting the event from the first day up until the day of the event. I would like to specially thank Shalini Kumar and her family for generously supporting me and my family in saving a life.
